Refund policy

14-day results guarantee

We back every purchase with a 14-day results guarantee. If you don't see a meaningful difference in your pet within two weeks of consistent, twice-daily use, contact us at hello@petomegacbd.com and we'll issue a full refund. No forms, no return required.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders can be paused, changed, or canceled at any time before the next billing date from your account or by emailing us. Canceling stops future shipments; it does not refund orders already shipped, which remain covered by the 14-day guarantee above.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
