14-day money-back guarantee

Every Pet Omega Hemp purchase is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Use the product consistently as directed. If you do not see a meaningful difference in your pet, email hello@petomegacbd.com within 14 calendar days after delivery and include your name and order number.

Once approved, we will refund the product purchase price to the original payment method. Original or expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. A return of the opened bottle is not required for a guarantee claim.

Unopened returns

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may also be returned when requested within 14 calendar days after delivery. Contact us before mailing any return so we can provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
